Flavored milk, whereas containing sugar flavoring, is still a wholesome beverage possibility. Milk is a wonderful source of nutrition , full of calcium, protein and Vitamin A. Yet, when just 10 grams of sugar are added to a regular 1/2 pint serving, some people at the moment are up in arms complaining that chocolate or strawberry milk will not be healthy.
I drink the odd glass of lemonade (from a bottle, never a can) and may need some squash (unsweetened) at times but generally it is water or espresso for me.
